6 December 2016

First Names Group is delighted to announce that Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark Pesco, has been named in eprivateclient’s ‘50 Most Influential’ list for the second year running.

The 50 Most Influential recognises and celebrates the leading practitioners of the private client professions, as well as the breadth and depth of talent at the forefront of the industry today. According to eprivateclient, those who make it onto the list are at the forefront of innovation and new ideas designed to bring the best service to clients.

Now featured in eprivateclient’s 50 Most Influential 2017, Mark was previously recognised in the 2016 listing.

Mark has enjoyed a highly successful career to date, and has progressed significantly since this time last year. Having started his career with PwC in Jersey, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, he then moved on to gain international experience in Singapore, Melbourne and London. He returned to Jersey in 2004 to join the Langtry Trust Group and was appointed Partner within 12 months. In 2005 Mark led the sale of Langtry to IFG International and in 2008 he was appointed Managing Director for Jersey. In 2012, IFG International underwent a management buyout and emerged as First Names Group. Since then, Mark has continued to progress rapidly through the ranks and until recently he headed up our multi-jurisdictional Private Client service line. He was appointed CEO of First Names Group in August and now oversees the day-to-day management and leadership of our growing international business.

Congratulations Mark!
