As a Corporate Administration Manager for our Client Services department in the Isle of Man, Jackie’s goal is to provide the very best in client service. It’s an approach that she instils in her team, along with the importance of maintaining the highest standards when it comes to corporate and trust structures.
Treat others how you would wish to be treated
With more than twenty five years in the trust and company sector, Jackie has a depth of experience and knowledge that is greatly appreciated by team members and clients alike. She is a firm believer in the benefit of continuous professional development, as evidenced by her qualifications with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
IN THREE WORDS:
A real team player, Jackie is always looking to develop new talent within the Group, while making sure she herself is expanding her knowledge. Of her colleagues, she appreciates Kevin Lewin’s support and Oliver Webster’s un-flappable nature.
On days off, Jackie loves listening to old school jazz, such as Ella Fitzgerald or Louis Armstrong, or honing her skills distilling gin. Passing her driving test counts as one of her proudest moments – “a true walking on air moment”. On Jackie’s bucket list are three rather high-octane experiences: flying in a hot air balloon, walking across Antarctica and going into space.
