Kerrie-Anne Bizouarn is HR Business Partner for Jersey. Having been involved in many of the acquisitions and integrations, Kerrie-Anne is a passionate promoter of the Group’s brand. She shares the same vision of combining the right personalities so that as a whole they bring out the best in each other. Kerrie-Anne is good at juggling several tasks at the same time and although she never knows what the day will bring, she still leaves no room for guesswork.
You can’t change the direction of the wind but you can adjust your sails to reach your destination.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) ‘Student of the Year’ in 2012, Kerrie-Anne has completed Certificates in Human Resources and Learning and Development. She also holds the Jersey Employment Law qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Kerrie-Anne particularly enjoys the legal aspects of her role.
IN THREE WORDS:
A 100-miles-an-hour sort of person, Kerrie-Anne remains a lady with her feet firmly on the ground. Consumed with putting everything in order, she is well-known for her tidy desk and saving energy by switching off plug sockets. She loves people, particularly the ones she is lucky enough to work with. Knowing that HR is all about teamwork Kerrie-Anne enjoys interacting closely with everyone. She says that Ben Newman is a gentleman who keeps people motivated and engaged whilst Kevin O’Connell is intelligent and funny. She admires Sharon McMillan’s magnetic personality and enthusiasm.
Maybe it’s because she lives on a small island, but Kerrie-Anne would like to experience the big wide world, ideally by taking a year’s sabbatical to do it properly. First on the itinerary would be the excitement and vibrancy of South America. The trip would need to include a visit to Italy, a place whose cuisine and culture she appreciates in equal measure.
