Rebecca Cox is a Senior Client Manager for our Corporate and Institutional service line in London. It’s a role to which she brings ten plus years of industry experience that she deploys to great effect in managing a broad portfolio of international clients. Day to day, her focus is on meeting the financial reporting, tax compliance and company secretarial requirements of those clients.
Instilled with a strong work ethic and an innate ability to build lasting client relationships, Rebecca is an integral member of the growing London office. She relishes the opportunity to add value to her clients’ projects and prides herself on delivering the highest standards of client service.

With a head for numbers, a career in accountancy was a natural fit for Rebecca. Studying at Southampton University, she achieved a degree in accounting and finance before gaining a training contract to complete her chartered accountancy (ACA) qualification. Prior to joining First Names Group in 2014, Rebecca worked as a senior auditor for an international audit firm and then as a financial controller for a US listed consultancy firm.

Rebecca works closely with colleagues in Jersey and Ireland and really enjoys being part of a multijurisdictional team. She particularly likes working with and respects Malcolm Macleod, Head of Corporate Services, Channel Islands. She is inspired by his drive to grow the Corporate Service Line in the UK; a goal that she shares. Rebecca looks forward to playing her part in developing the Group’s footprint in the UK, as well as her own expertise within the business.
A lover of all things outdoors, particularly skiing, Rebecca’s idea of a perfect day is one spent on top of a snowy mountain in the French Alps under clear blue skies. At home in Kent, she enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful English countryside.
